Quetta: This morning around 9 am, Ghulam Rasool, resident of Hazara Town, was shot dead on Arbab Karam Khan road by unknown gunman.
Jaish Al Islam has accepted responsibility of Arbab Karam Khan Road firing.
In one week, that is third such brutal incident of target killing in Quetta, Balochistan. Yesterday, incident of Targeted killing of Hazara where Muhammad Dawood Hazara was martyred and in Tuesday, incident of Five Hazara, who were going to Hazara Town in a cab when they were shot to dead in target killing.But, still there has no action taken till now to Stop Hazara Target killing in Quetta and Shia Target killing in Pakistan. It means constitution of Pakistan which guaranteed to protect the right of minority in Pakistan is just written in book and in reality it has no effect on country. Therefore, the vulnerability of Hazaras by law enforcement agencies and government of Pakistan is no taking under consideration. And the are playing with the blood of Hazara Community everyday.
